How to build a 2JZ engine with a DIY crate engine
The original 2Jz engine from the classic Atari 2600 is a classic, and a popular one at that.
In fact, it is considered one of the best-selling 3D-printed engines in history, having sold over one million units.
Its creators, Chris Lacy and Steve Ellerbe, have since gone on to create the 2J5, a new, 3D printed engine based on a different design, and its successor, the 2jz.
But how do you build one of these amazing engines yourself?

The 1JZ EngineThe 1jz is a more compact and more affordable version of the 2.5Jz.
The 1j z is one of my personal favorites and the 1j is a great beginner starter kit.
The design is simple and straightforward, with a few tweaks.
The parts include a propane tank, a valve cover, a heater and a fan.
